On Friday, I can add these to a meatless breakfast bowl with 5 eggs, pepper jack cheese, cooked in bacon fat, and loaded up with these wonderful roasted soybeans, hearty and satisfying, thanks seller for a well roasted product, thses will be a staple in my diet!

I wasn't exactly sure what to expect but these turned out to be a nice low carb snack option. Flavor is good and nutty but without any discernible burnt taste others have noted. The skins are intact for a nice hit of anthocyanins. I'll admit they would be a little better with salt but I can figure out ways to add that to it when eating. I'm pleased with the purchase although it seems maybe a tad expensive.
