Our last two rabbits before this one each lived to 11 years, both used this probiotic, and neither died from gut problems. Our current bunny, Gizmo has amazed our vet, who says he shouldn't even be alive at this point, and was cautioning us a while back that Giz probably wasn't going to make it. But he is thriving in his way and doing really well. HealthyGut isn't the only reason, but it's a part of it. I give it to rabbits when they are healthy as well to keep them that way. She is a 10-12 year old meat rabbit we rescued from a farmer who just couldn’t put the pipe to her sweet head. A couple of months ago, she got sick and almost died. Knowing she was elderly, we kept her comfortable and mentally prepared for her passing, but on a whim I put a tsp of colloidal silver in her water bottle. Four days later and she was better. Eating, hopping (she’d started just walking to the little box), twitching her ears and noticing us again. I was thrilled!!! She’s a very sweet bun for loving at least six years of her life in a wire cage with a block of wood to sit on and we want to keep her as long as possible. So, that said, after her antibiotic treatment, she was leaving behind white, foamy stuff. I didn’t know even what end it was from, bc it wasn’t with her other waste. I did some digging bc I assumed she’d need a probiotic after her antibiotics and found this wonderful product. No odor, very easy to use, and she never hesitated to eat it.
