Been cigarette free and switched to vaping 7 years ago. I've had asthma for 5 years now. Been using this product for almost a month. So far the I haven't noticed much of a difference. But like any vitamin or supplement I know that it'll probably take a couple months to notice any change. On a positive note, I've had no adverse side effects.
