I try to make at least one wagon every one to two weeks, and it is a lot of small wood cutting, but that is the way for me to try to get the cuts just right. my wagons range from 6" up to 12" & the wheels are form 2" up to 6" for the different size wagons. Note: Don't use this in a dado stack. While it is not meant for a dado stack, you can just make repeated passes to make a groove but it will not be the cleanest. The blade is a combination blade, meaning it has bevel teeth followed by a flat tooth, however; it is also a lower tooth blade, and not ideal for that. It can work but grooves made with it will be rough and will likely not glue well. If you only need rough shaping, it's adequate for that. **Q: What is the width of the blade and the kerf?** A: Plate Thickness: 0.045 in. The Kerf is 0.071 IN. **Q: The kerf on this is 0.094" why does Dewalt keep saying it's 0.071"?!** A: I agree. It is frustrating. If it was .071 it would not work with he riving knife that came with the DWE7485 table saw.
