The product arrived on time, and the packaging was undamaged. The product itself was tightly packed into a bag, and upon opening, I noticed that this was way more than I thought I needed. A small pinch of this substance fills a culture quite easily, and I expect this bag to last a long time. I have every intention from buying from this manufacturer again should I need a refill, but I do not anticipate that that will happen for a long time.
