Think of it as taking my hair from a 4A to a 3C hair type. To keep it up, I use about a tablespoon or MacVoil conditioner plus Carols daughter Mimosa. This lasts me about 3-4 days. I then wet it, apply the MacVoil plus Carol's daughter and I'm good to go for another 3-4 days. I have never had a product last me for two whole weeks. **Q: Is this good for waves?** A: Hey there!
