Review: Excellent finger tape - I have not used athletic tape for my fingers in years, decades really, and being a soccer goalkeeper recovering from a broken finger, I needed something to stabilize my joints. This tape does the JOB, man. It's sticky and strong, and it was easy to wrap around my fingers. I didn't try to tear it because it felt strong, so I just used scissors. The tape provided me far more support than I would have imagined, but it didn't keep me from flexing my digits enough to make saves. I ordered one 8-pack box to see if I liked it well enough, and after playing my first game all taped up, I literally came home and ordered three more boxes. I'll never play without securing my joints again. Can't recommend highly enough.

**Q: is this good for guitar players? my finger tips always hurt from pressing on the strings**
A: It's awesome for taping fingers/joints for Jiu Jitsu. But not certain it would work for the very tips of your fingers. I doubt the adhesive is strong enough for it not just to slip off.

**Q: how wide is it? what is its width/dimensions?**
A: About 1/4" wide. Perfect size for fingers

**Q: My son is a finger bitter. Would this be a good product to wrap his finger tips with? Keeping in mind breathability and washing hands through the day?**
A: I would say it would help. The tape is oddly textured so I doubt it’ll feel good on the mouth and it’s stuck through 1-3 hand washings for me, though the fingers will definitely have to be re-wrapped throughout the day

**Q: Could I use this to help stabilize a sprained thumb?**
A: You can try, but I think you might be better off getting a proper wrap designed for your purpose at the pharmacy.  But can you wrap your thumb with this? Yes.  It'll stretch out around your thumb though causing a lack of support in short time.

I got this tape because i have dry skin on my hands that split and blister easily and i a play disc golf. This increases my grip, stops skin rips and blisters. it frays a little, but it holds pretty well even during sweating. also works well as med-tape to hold on bandages, but not waterproof (not a deal breaker). 9.5/10. Recommend.
