Recommend it to others. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great knives *by N***Y on July 26, 2025* I have a lot of high-end knives but have tried a few of these Paudin knives when I'm worried about damaging a delicate, razor sharp Japanese blade on something (or when my wife wants to use it. She likes to cut the item along with carving the cutting board, lol!). These knives are less expensive but I've really appreciated the quality. They have great fit, feel, and balance. The cutting edge is nice and sharp out of the box and holds up well. Comfortable to hold and easy to clean. Sometimes get left on the drying board after washing to drip-dry, absolutely no issues with staining or corrosion.
