Review: Colombian Brew was excellent but............ - I was buying two packets of Colombian Brew Coffee every 40 days during 2020. The packaging and flavour was excellent and I could get a strong brew with good "body" if brewing was done for 10 minutes at least. The latest consignment bought in Aug'20 is unfortunately not upto mark. The brew is not strong enough, the taste is insipid and the colour is not dark enough. I need to add 50% more coffee and let it brew for 30 mins to get similar taste and flavour. If the 2nd packet of this consignment is similar then I may stop buying Colombian Brew Coffee altogether.

**Q: Can this be use in drip coffee maker?**
A: Yes

**Q: Can this coffee be made using a Coffee filter (and not french press) machine?**
A: Sure. 

South indian filter cofee uses seeping by soaking overnight, where as french press / Pourer uses heat and slight manual pressure & commercial machines use steam pressure. Basic principle remains the same.

**Q: Can this be used in a coffee maker?**
A: Depends on the type of coffee maker. If you have one where coffee capsules need to be loaded, then no; but if your coffee makers works on loose coffee grounds, ten yes.

This coffee is particularly coarsely grounded to be used with french press. However, you can yse it with above mentioned coffee maker.

**Q: How is the freshness and aroma?**
A: Absolutely terrible. There is hardly any 'AROMA' and as far as freshness is considered, the coffee comes out as a very dilute, brownish liquid devoid of anything that is known as coffee! The worst coffee I have ever had the misfortune of tasting.
