Blade has nice height in the back so chopping was super easy and fast. Came in a really nice box with a cover and a microfiber cloth to keep it clean. Was way more than I expected. This is at least the 5th Mad Shark product I have purchased through Amazon. While Mad Shark's advertising is "over the top goofy", their products are top quality for the price. I own a full, very expensive, set of German Zwilling J.A. Henckels Solingen kitchen knives - and I'd rate these Mad Shark's just as good quality steel. They come sharp, stay sharp, and are easy to resharpen when needed.
