DHCP is not active, the very basic doc, shows to static ip addreses, neither talks.The secondary port is also dead.I wrote the vendor back through amazon but no replies. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Works OK - beware of the Chinese documentation... *by G***N on Reviewed in the United States on March 21, 2016* The product works nicely; however, the printed documentation is WRONG. I cross-referenced U.S. documentation for Escene phone (basically same manufacturer), but the OUTPUT RELAYS ARE REVERSED, output1 is actually output2 and output2 is disabled by default... I installed this with a standard 12 volt striker lock and when you press "00" or whatever you want to configure as the dialed key-sequence, it trips the lock. ALSO, be sure to use the 12 volt power supply instead of the POE if you want to use external accessories. The POE does NOT supply enough power to activate the accessories - and the documentation doesn't mention this.
