The flavor is great as expected. I would save my leftover preworkout for later throughout the day. Whenever I took a sip I noticed a burn going down my throat that wasn't there before. I did some research and turns out the ingredient capsimax (weight management) is an extract from chili peppers. Definitely has a strong kick that will get me through a heavy workout.
