They are very light and comfortable; I may never wear my gel forms. I am so happy with them that I ordered a second set so they can air dry after washing. The size chart on the package (pictured in the product photos) seems accurate. I was a size 36B which equates to a size 5 form. I ordered size 4 forms because I wanted them a little smaller, and they are the right size for me. Note that this item is only one form; you must order two to have a set. Some people mentioned an odor. I noticed a slight foam smell for about 2 days after I removed them from the packaging. That being said I love it and it is light and easy to wear. Fits in many of my bras that had pockets originally as a padded bra. Some light funky smell initially out of the package like all memory foam products but fine one day later. Took a star off as I followed the measuring EXACTLY and came up 1 cup size too big. Just go down one size and you'll be fine. I am ordering again 1 size down. Natural look and feel. I do not swim but love it in my regular clothes and it is much lighter than most others out there. Does not come with a bra or anything else in package other than adhesive strips I did not need.
