It's easy to assemble, (although the holes are not predrilled)and easy to fill and empty and clean. Its light weight enough to move around both when empty(pick up) or full(drag to another spot) for an adult but sturdy enough for my one yr old who's 24lbs to pull up on and hold onto for support. Step 2 never dissapoints in sturdiness. It comes with toys for them to play with right away and it entertains them endlessly, plus this one has an umbrella. The umbrella is a bit small it won't cover the whole table but it big enough for one maybe two kids to stand underneath and have some coverage. Very happy with this. It was nearly open when I received it, so I was worried about parts missing. Some of the plastic was a little scuffed, but you’d never really be able to notice and my kids are going to play with it, so it won’t matter. All of the parts where there and everything was wrapped in plastic. The legs were the most difficult, but after that it was pretty easy and the directions were easy to understand. Once it was up, the kids were excited and it was easy to move to where I wanted it. It’s oretty light. It’s sturdy too so I don’t feel like it would tip in a toddler. The umbrella is a little low. My 5 year old is pretty tall, they include a clip that keeps the umbrella from blowing out of the table itself, it’d be nice if they had another one the lock it at a certain height for taller kids. But overall, I looked around for a good table and ultimately decided on this one. We previously had the pirate table one and it had seen better days. My kids loved it to death. This is a welcome upgrade and the kids are happy with it. The colors are bright and inviting but also fit with out pool decor. My daughter received this for her first birthday and it was a hit all summer (and it's so much easier to fill/clean than a kiddie pool). The little toys that came with it were entertaining and the ability to pour water from the top and watch it filter down was great for my daughter (she really likes watching water). The umbrella is a very nice asset under the sun (it's very light and easy to move around).We stored the table in the garage when not in use to protect it from fading but I think it could easily be left outside all the time without issue.All in all very pleased with this table style. My daughter has played with other styles from Step2 and a pirate table from Little Tikes and I think we made the right choice with this model.
