I cleaned the bar with isopropyl alcohol, but after a few days in the conservatory, the tape started unwinding from the bar. Have now stuck the end down with superglue so will see how long that holds. Review: Too short. Not sticky enough. - It is very short, you would need to use at least two rolls per side if you want to fully cover your handlebars. The tape is not sticky enough for purpose. I had to use a short strip of duct tape over the end to hold it in place. I used this in the hope of getting a non slip grip on a wheelbarrow. It only just covered the two handles., which are way shorter than bicycle handlebars.
