Wheels themselves seemed good quality. The bearings included seemed like garbage. However, these wheels at first appeared to the naked eye to be a perfect direct replacement on my Swiss Army carryon/rollaboard that has 600,000 miles on it over the past 6 years. I removed the old wheels from my suitcase, popped the old bearing out of the old wheels, and cleaned/lubed them with some 3-in-1 quick dry lock lube. The bag's original bearings have a "built in" spacer that is necessary between the inner side of the wheel and the bag that the new bearings did not have (would have had to use some washers). My old bearings popped into the new wheels perfectly. I was able to use the bag's existing hex bolts and screw the wheels right in. With the original wheels, I could tighten the hex bolts as tight as I wanted and they'd spin well. With these new wheels, if I tighten the hex bolts as much as I did with the original wheels, the new wheels will not spin at all as they seem to be rubbing on the suitcase. This tells me these wheels are slightly to big for this bag - a 78mm to 79mm would probably work best. Anyway, I removed the hex bolt, put some loc tite on the thread and tightened it, then backed it off a little bit, which allowed the wheels to spin freely. We'll see how well these work - or if the hex bolts are able to stay put without being tightened at full torque. Imagining myself walking through Manhattan and losing a wheel and bolt after the hex bolt works itself loose because I could tighten it completely - that would be fun.Bottom line, the new wheels look good, the bearings they come with suck. We'll see if they work for this bag (still unsure - will run it through the paces over the next few months) and can last. If they make it half as far as the original wheels, I'll be very happy. Will come back and update as necessary. ### ⭐ Horrible wheels were destroyed while traveling in Europe *by J***. on June 2, 2018* My check in suitcase is one of matching 5 piece luggage that I loved. The original wheels were destroyed when I arrived in Melbourne as I was walking on the rough sidewalks from the metro to my hotel. I didn’t want to buy new luggage and still wanted a matching set, so after watching several YouTube videos on how to replace luggage wheels, I thought it would be a good idea for me to just replace the wheels myself.I bought these Airkouk black luggage wheels kit thinking that the wheels would be excellent and sturdy. first let me say that it wasn’t easy getting the old wheels off of my luggage. I had to buy a saw to remove the metal pieces. Putting the axel in wasn’t easy either. When I was done, I was exhausted and knew that would never want to do this again.Recently I went to Denmark and Sweden with my luggage with the newly replaced wheels. As soon as I arrived in Copenhagen, the cobblestone streets destroyed the new wheels. Thinking about it now, it makes sense that the wheels would be destroyed on cobblestone streets because you would never rollerblade on cobblestone so these wheels are not meant to be used on surfaces that you would never rollerblade on. I would not recommend these wheels on luggage that you’ll be using in areas with bad surfaces. I Ended up buying new luggage with reliable wheels for rough surfaces. ### ⭐ SOFT AND QUITE RIDE FIR 1510 PELICAN BUT NO GOOD *by T***R on September 11, 2018* They fit well on the Pelican 1510 case and should have purchased 64 instead because the 62 are a little small. Now they make traveling with your pelican case a must quite ride when transporting. The nuts and bolts do fit but there is one little flaw and that is on the inside of the 1510 case when one of the bolts is sticking out little too much causing some warping between the case and the housing for the wheels.
