I was told after going back and forth a couple of times, I could return it for a 15% restocking fee and they would not refund my shipping fee nor pay for the return shipping, so we decided we would just not bother sending it back. spray attachment is difficult to place back into the set. you have to grip the ring of the shower to insert the handle properly. you must use enough force that the whole pipe moves. it has a lot of water but the pressure is lacking and I have good water pressure. I don't know how the shower head got all those great reviews. The only good thing I can say about is it doesn't look bad for a piece of plastic ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 2 1/2 Years Later And I Still Love It *by J***G on Reviewed in the United States on May 28, 2013* I purchased this showerhead when I moved into my new place back in 2011. Some of the negative reviews almost caused me not to buy this. Boy, am I glad I didn't listen to those!Let me preface this by saying I live in the city and have good water pressure. I'm not sure how great this showerhead would be if I lived in the country and had a well.This showerhead makes taking a shower a real experience. Every morning I look forward to getting in the shower because I have this. It's the perfect flow that gets you clean yet doesn't sting your skin. The ability to have the showerhead stay on while using the handheld wand prevents you from freezing while trying to rinse off.Installation took all of 5 minutes. Unscrewed the old head, used some plumbers tape and screwed on this one. Done!I've had company stay over and every one of them raves about how great this showerhead is. More than one of them have purchased one for their own home.Two and a half years later and it works just like the day I installed it. I'm very happy with it and the price more than warranted the pleasure I get from getting to use this every day. This was a very good purchase. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice Showerhead, Unimpressive hose *by G***R on Reviewed in the United States on February 16, 2012* I bought the Delta Shower System to replace on old 2 head system that had become clogged with mineral deposits. The pressure of the Delta system is very good at my house. I actually use just the hand held portion during most of my shower because it puts out enough water to overwhelm my drain (this did not happen with the old showerhead). I have read reviews complaining about the unit being made of plastic. This is not a big deal to me because the construction feels very solid and I like it to be light weight and affordable. Also some complain about the hand held portion not being secure enough. This is definately not a problem for me. It clicks into place very surely and firmly and takes a fair amount of pressure to remove, so I think it is very well designed in that aspect. The massage feature is ok but not great. To be fair I have not met a shower massage worth comparing to the old water hogging Waterpicks of the 70s and 80s. My only complaint is the hose. It looks nice, but is a plastic hose that looks like metal but is stiff like a regular plastic hose. My old unit had a very nice, highly flexible metal hose that I will probably re-purpose to the new unit. The back of the main showerhead is grey plastic whcih looks a bit tacky from the side view which is how most people will see this showerhead unless they actually take a shower in my bathroom. I wish is was chrome like the rest of the unit.
