Temp is shown only as Centigrade, not Fahrenheit. Used this for work and fishing. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great little compact unit *by T***X on April 24, 2019* This is a great compact charger and USB power bank. It has three functions.• charger• USB power bank• flashlightThe fourth function as described by vendor as “battery storage”. That doesn’t count as a product function, in my humble opinion.It comes inside a retail box, inside wrapped in a plastic bag, and with instructions. The unit can be powered using micro USB cable or 5V barrel connector. And you’ll need to provide your own 18650 batteries which are now often available commercially in your local store’s gardening solar light section or can be salvaged from many old Li-Ion battery packs.The unit is straightforward to operate. It powers on when its button is pressed, 5V power is applied, or when a standard USB cable is inserted. It will briefly display output voltage when a standard USB cable is plugged in, it shows internal temperature in Celsius scale (no Fahrenheit), and display each of the 4 individual battery’s gauges. To power off, hold button until it displays POWER OFF and it shuts off a few seconds afterwards.The unit has a sliding non-removable door on its underside for the batteries. The batteries are held in place by springs on the negative terminals. And each battery appears to be electrically isolated from each other. In other words, the batteries are not connected directly in series or parallel within the battery compartment.As for the flashlight feature, it exists - but it’s rather weak. In a pinch, if you can’t find your smartphone or modern LED flashlight, this might be somewhat useful. Most modern LED flashlights crank out much more lumens than this. The weak flashlight feature it could have done without.While I like the compact design, in reality you’d need to take along at least one micro USB cable to recharge the unit, a USB AC adapter power brick, and your favorite devices’ USB cables. Its compact design does not make any provision for USB cable storage, so you’d need to keep everything in a small bag or pouch. In my case, I keep everything wrapped together with a rubber band.Overall, great little unit. Not perfect.
