I love these things!! They have been a game changer for making my kefir and water kefir. I used to use cloth and rubber bands but the bands would break every once in a while and then bugs would get in, and just... ew. Needless to say, I was so excited to find these, and they work amazing. I haven't made kombucha in a while but I imagine they work just as well for that. They are very well made and they fit snuggly on my wide-mouth mason jars. The screen top things work with normal mason rings as well, but I prefer the plastic ones that come with these for when making fermented foods, as opposed to the metal rings. Considering buying another pack so I can have more jars going at once!
