I’m going through menopause and my periods are heavy one minute then light the next. Took a chance and wore these for a night out. Got home and found that they had leaked onto my trousers. I do think they are good, I just probably wore them for too long. However for me, they do and I could not be happier. I have just ordered my third or fourth pack. I was a little cautious to start off with and wore them plus a disposable pad during the day and on their own of a night which was a success. For the first time in years, I did have to sleep on a bath towel or change the bed several times in one week! The following month I felt confident enough to wear these on their own, I only usually have medium to heavy flow for 1 or 2 days, the rest is fairly light. On the heavier days I changed these half way through the day, just in case but in all honesty it was paranoia and unnecessary. Three months in and no leaks whatsoever.
