I read the reviews & some said that their contractor/plumber did not want to install this because it was cheap but since my husband & I are DIYing our bathroom reno, we decided to get it. OH we were wrong! Every negative thing other reviews have said about the quality is right. It is horrible. The diverter will leak because the threads are smooth. People have said they used plumbers tape to help remedy the issue but we choose to not do that because they product shouldn't need that to work! So we exchanged the item & the same issue happened with the 2nd set we received so I returned it for a refund. I just did not want to deal with that same problem again. I would not buy from this seller again.
