I have tried many of them, including protective sacks on Apple products- expensive ones. Since aquatic therapy has been an answer to many age-related physical problems, decent tunes has been a part of living. After my last iPod died a gurgling death, I looked hard for something to replace it. Syryn was an answer, and it has worked marvelously for over fifty hours of aquatic fun. It is cheap enough to replace, if necessary, but booms loud enough to lift my spirits and make each trip to th pool something fun. I love to swim and I love my music, so WIN-WIN. I clip the player to my swimsuit strap. The earbuds are comfortable and stay securely in my ears when swimming. To easily and quickly differentiate the right earbud from the left earbud I switched out the black "wings", replacing them with blue for right ear and green for left. The sound is flawless. The controls are simple and easy to operate. Syryn's instructions for converting iTune AAC music to the MPEG format are straightforward and it's easy to add and delete music in your playlist. And then there's the other goodies that come with the purchase - FitGoo earbud insertion helper and AquaGuard Pre-Swim Hair Defense. And finally, kudos to Syryn's Customer Service. I contacted them for a problem and the issue was quickly, efficiently and professionally addressed.
