I don’t want to have to touch a tacky cup to put it on the drying piece.** A: No they aren’t. What I do is pull off the cup with the foam intact and then just put the foam piece on the dowel that spins. It would be a better design if the dowels were interchangeable, though. **Q: How does the foam cylinder fit on the dowel? My first try and the foam ripped badly.
