I only used it once, then put it away. When I pulled it out recently to use it, the printer function wouldn't work until I removed, then replaced the batteries multiple times. This model did not come with an AC adapter, so I bought a "universal" AC adapter, but that didn't work. I called the seller and explained my problem. They didn't hesitate for one second and offered to replace the calculator and to be sure it included an AC adapter. I received a new one in a few days and it works perfectly. Review: CHEAP...NOT WORTH THE PRICE - Cheap plastic, extremely lightweight, the paper cover does not close securely while the paper is on the roller as the arm is blocking from closing. No power cord...Requires 4 AA batteries. I purchased this for my office at work.
