The included directions contain lots of grammatical errors and only provide a basic description of the product and its features. I have taken tons of Search & Rescue as well as land based navigation classes as a Paramedic and this compass has features that even I haven't been trained to use properly yet. Having said that, it's a great product and well-worth the money! It just may require a bit of YouTube assistance to correctly and accurately use all of the features included on this model. **Q: what is the accuracy of the compass? Thanks!** A: It's a magnetic compass. I am not sure how to describe its "accuracy". Its arrow lines up with the magnetic pole, which is its purpose. You need to know your locations deviation from true north and go from there if you are wondering how close it points to that direction. **Q: Does it works everywhere in the world?** A: It will work everywhere but the north and south poles! It looks as good as the pictures. Its a quality product. The body is cast zinc and nicely finished in camo green. The rotating bezel is quality made with the glass and all numerals clear and precise. It comes in a camo bag plus instructions for use. The instructions are written in english although it is obvious that its a bit "pigeon" here and there. That said I'm very pleased with it. I'll be using it on my next walk(next week) so will see how we get on with it.
