The pieces rotate easily and click into place allowing for the user to focus on solving the puzzle without tweaking or breaking the cube because it's not perfectly aligned. The set comes with easy to follow instructions to solve each puzzle when you get stuck and can't figure out where to go next and each cube comes individually packaged if you wanted to split the set. The stickers look like they'll handle a lot of abuse which is good because I've seen some cheaper cubes where they almost immediately start peeling off.
