A: purchased for 10 yr old granddaughter -she loves it and the box too.

**Q: Q. How do you sharpen colored pencils. Pencil sharpener provided in set does not sharpen whole tip and then it breaks off up inside wood pencil shaft**
A: I used a regular sharpener.

A: the weight is about 2 lbs iit's a great art kit

A: I brought this for a Christmas gift.. I'm sure you can gently wipe parts down
