To me, they are one of the least sweet Clif Bar flavors available. Still, they have way to much sugar IMO but I cannot help myself from continuing to purchase them time and again. As a triathlete and backpacker, I simply love them! For many years, this was my pre-race or pre-workout meal along with 1L of water. Or, my mid-workout energy snack if I needed something a little more substantial. It's a fantastic fuel, super satisfying, and I feel like I'm eating candy. I literally think I'm addicted to them so be careful. You may not be able to stop yourself from eating one (or more) daily. Just be sure you're exercising & active enough to counterbalance the calories and sugars/carbs.
