They are just saying that rusting is not our problem and it is not covered under warranty. The Service Center people are saying that the rusting happened because we repaired the gas from outside. I don’t know what is the logic behind this, but worst service from pigeon. I do not recommend this product to anyone completely devastated since the last five months, there is no resolution of the complaint and they are not helping at all. in five months, I have Complaint four times and the service person has visited our home around 6 to 7 times. They come click the photos and go and WhatsApp the photos two days later then again two days later, they ask us to send the photos, and this is only that is happening. There is no resolution worst product ever everything is just rusted and breaking down and they are not helping us. They are not accepting that this is a manufacturing fault. They are saying that this is because of us. A gas stove is supposed to be near water. I don’t know how rusting is our problem. I have used ₹800 Surya gas and they are far better than this. they don’t rust even after 15 years, horrible product from pigeon, please, avoid. Update: They denied service completely.
