The plastic joints are not strong enough to hold well. The aluminum support broke upon installation the very first time. Did not even get it open to use one time. Had to buy a replacement at WalMart.
Review: Broken and difficult to use - I took it out of the box and set it up the major corner plastic was broken. Set it up with some duct tape. When I took it down it is bending easier and the plastic top piece bent up in two places.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is this tent fire retardant?**
A: I don’t think so, had a crack in leg when got it, lasted during summer about 3 months, then a light wind came up destroyed it , fast, leg broke and it just mangled it, tarp shredded. Sorry but just being honest about it. Next year I will get a much better one.

**Q: I need to re order another top canopy. How?**
A: I contacted the company and was told it was $176 for a replacement cover. Maybe a universal cover from a different supplier would be less than from Impact canopy?

**Q: Shipping says 1-2 months. Does it really take that long ?**
A: I got mine prime within the week but if it says a month then maybe it will take a month

**Q: Didn't come with instructions. How do you assemble?**
A: With lots of difficulty and use unbent paper clips to jam into holes because metal buttons wouldn’t pop out to lock in place. If you can return it and get your money back I would recommend that.

I took it out of the box and set it up the major corner plastic was broken. Set it up with some duct tape. When I took it down it is bending easier and the plastic top piece bent up in two places.

### ⭐ It broke beyond use within 15 minutes of setup

This review is written 3 years after purchase because the unit was purchased for preparedness and we did not have occasion to open it until today, we our area got the first rains of the season. As far as I can tell, this was a design for a 6x6 or 7x7 canopy that someone decided to just expand to 10x10 by making the arms longer without realizing that the structure needed to be stronger as it got bigger. As we were setting it up, one side simply bent inward. After putting on the actual fabric, there wasn't enough support on the "slope" of the roof to keep the rain running off, so it pooled up along the other side until one of the support rods (the criss-cross rods that make up the frame) just snapped at one of the joints. It's possible that in the intervening 3 years they have improved this unit, as my feelings are that it's actually cheaper for a manufacturer to make something that works than it is to make something cheap. What I mean is that it would only take 5 or 6 refunds to wipe out the profit on 200 units, so check the current reviews.
