Review: Perfect Size for Hugs on My Recliner! Would be a Meaningful Gift for Folks in a Nursing Home! - I live alone and I'm not allowed to have a dog in my building. Enter Bruno to the rescue! He's 20” long and only 3.3 lbs. He’s the perfect size for me to hug when I'm sitting in my recliner. He can curl up to sit on my lap tucked under my arm or he can give a full hug so I can rest my head against his. He fits perfectly on the arm of the chair as an arm rest for me with his weighted arms and feet hanging down to keep him in place. When he's like that, and I'm busy doing other things, it actually feels like my dogs did when they would be sleeping next to me keeping me company. He's very soft and I even find myself petting his cute head. If you're looking for a gift for a kid or for an adult - he's very adoptable for any age! Don't forget the people you love who are sick or in a nursing home too. He's not too heavy - just right!

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is the shirt the same plush fabric as the dog?**
A: Hello there! I purchased this puppy over a year ago as a baby shower gift (to be enjoyed a little later in my great nephew's young childhood) & so it's long been gifted. They are very happy with how adorable it is & so was I upon opening the package. I can't say with certainty about the fabric on his striped shirt, but I just expanded the photo online to see if I could tell & it does look to be the same fine plush fabric as the rest of him... Either way I believe you'll be pleased with the soft quality & total cuteness if you do decide to buy! :)

**Q: how is it packaged did it come in a plastic bag that was knotted rather than cellophne**
A: It came in a clear plastic bag. But, it's not knotted. The closing end is folded and held folded by the double side tape. I hope that helps.

**Q: why is the bear so much more in price than the others?**
A: I was lucky enough to get a reduced price (limited time)

**Q: Is this machine-washable?**
A: Yes I wash in warm water with mild washing powder.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exactly Perfect
*by T***N on September 25, 2026*

So comforting, very soft, and super cute. Excellent size. And I love the way it’s weighted. Instead of just the body of the stuffie, the bottoms of the paws and feet are slightly weighted. My son has his own, this one’s MINE :)
