Thank you for this great product!!! Review: Just what I needed for my travel trailer group 24 batteries! - Perfect for my two group 24 deep cycle AGM batteries. The previous boxes weren't even attached to the tongue. The previous owner just relied on the weight of the batteries to keep them in place. When I went to install my batteries, the batteries would hit the front of the travel trailer so I realized why the boxes weren't attached. If they had been screwed or bolted to the tongue, there's no way you would be able to get the batteries in! So, I found this great product and it worked perfectly for me. It allows me to have both batteries sit, and because it rotated the orientation of the batteries 90 degrees, the batteries can easily drop into the box without hitting the front of the trailer. I just bolted some new cross members to the frame and then attached this box to those cross members. Fits my batteries perfectly and has plenty of room for me to wire the two batteries together. The ports face downward to avoid water and debris from getting in the box. **Q: I need the outside dementions to be 7-3/4 to go inside my bracket, do you have that** A: David, Sorry about the delay....I was out of town. The bottom of the case is 8 1/4 x 11 1/2 and the cover is even larger. I would say it will not fit. **Q: Will this fit a group 29 battery?** A: The large one, yes. The standard one, no. It lists the inside dimensions. Measure your battery and check it yourself. This standard one is only for a group 24 battery. **Q: How is this different from a 55374?** A: There is supposedly no difference between them. I asked Camco the same question. Camco customer service told me 55374 is for all retailers other than Amazon. 55735 is the item number just for Amazon.
