Does this mean I am shortening their life span? Maybe, but at 19.99 each I’m not worried about it. Is my face and hair happier? Yes. Definitely no more bed head or face creases. They feel soft and smooth next to your face, and the zipper closure is great! Never knew I needed a pillow case with a zipper until I got one! I am not someone who can tell if a silk pillowcase is high quality or not. I just know what I like. I wanted something cool, and honestly, this is delightfully cool when I first lay my head on it. The coolness doesn’t last too long though. But I usually fall asleep before it warms up. So far they’ve washed nicely, without shrinking or staining. The sizes are spot on, as well. The color is absolutely beautiful! My only gripe is that I bought one standard size and one king size and they are slightly different colors.
