**Q: What is the best flavor?**
A: I really liked the Strawberry-Lime, it reminds me of a slushy as well. You will have to swirl it around the bottle as it has some sediment type stuff that may settle if left undisturbed. Still good though.Edit to add, there is another Amino from the same company the PRO version, has more aminos and no stimulants, only comes in 2 flavors though, not the same as these.

A: Watermelon and Grape are the best. Orange and Pineapple were good, not great.

**Q: Do you take this instead of muscletech whey for example.**
A: Muscletech whey is a protein. Amino Energy doesn't contain protein, it's used for an energy boost pre, during or post workout. So you'd use them in conjunction with each other.

**Q: is there any artificial colors and sweeteners?**
A: Yes, natural and artificial sweeteners, sucralose (splenda), and phenylalanine.

I recently started my health and fitness journey..I have two young sons so I get up at 430 to get to the gym around 5 to work out for an hour and 40 min-5 days a week. I wanted something that would give me energy to get moving and start my day that early as well as take me through my workout and after...but not make me feel like my heart was going to beat out of my chest. I'd tried other pre-workouts a few years back that swore the same things and I ended up feeling anxious, grumpy and like I was going to die when the crash came post jitters. Not to mention those others tasted awful. So I got on here one morning and found this. I got it and tried it and its DELICIOUS! So the first day-I was nervous and didn't even use one full scoop bc I didn't want to get that weird feeling. I didn't! So increased a little each day from a scoop now i use 2 or 3 depending on my workout that ive got planned for that day. I've been using this daily for over a month and It's the first thing I look forward to when I roll out of bed to get up for the gym! I LOVE the taste of the blue raspberry. I just ordered my 2nd container bc I do not want to run out. Here's the best part for me in addition to all the other benefits but my iced coffee was the one not so healthy thing (creamer) that i still indulged in every morning bc I needed it! I loved it and could not go without....now I don't need it and honestly I don't want it much. I MAYBE only have one cup a week now. This 0 sugar pre workout has been an amazing addition to my workout and is able to carry me through my early workout and coming home to pack lunches and get my oldest son up and off to school as well as keeping uo with my 2 year old toddler! There is no crash. No jitters. Nothing bad. This is amazing and I hope that if you are worried about the same things I was- you can stop looking bc this is IT!!! I even got my sister in law hooked on it!!! Just put the cpl scoops or preferred amount in a mixer bottle shake and have an awesome workout and day!
