I used one fan to blow air into the box and one fan to pull air out of cabinet. That combination is easily putting out at least 500 watts (maybe more) of heat when it's running a good movie ... your PS3 doesn't do more than about 200 watts per Wikipedia. So the fact that one fan running only on medium speed, plus some decent vent holes, takes care of all the heat from my system means no way do you need 2 fans. Just make sure there's some good input/output air holes or grate or something to provide space for the air to flow through your cabinet, and a single fan should more than do the trick. **Q: What is the extension of the usb cord , is it 6ft or** A: It's about three feet, on mine. I have the AC Infinity thermostat, it has it's own power cord to the fans. On my cabinet, I have it powering three fans.
