This was a wake up call for me and when I was able to I looked around to see what was available and found YOU-ID.ME and this wristband. I looked at the other products that they stocked but as a trial, I decided to try out this .I needed to have the wristband modified slightly and I emailed the company late on a Friday night to ask if this could be done and at what cost. I got an email back from Lee (who is the MD of the company) on Saturday morning to say that it would be no problem and when I said that I would like to proceed with the order, he told me that it would be modified for me on the Sunday and shipped out on the Monday. What service!!!Bear in mind that these are not high value items and it might have been reasonable to expect a reply within a few days rather than next day. He didn't even charge me for the modification.I have made a further enquiry to the company about one of their other products and received the same great speed of response and helpfulness.I have absolutely no affiliation with this company. I bought this for my son who has just started high school, I needed to know that should anything unexpected happen all of his medical information is easily accessible.The band allows you to store any medication he takes and allergies which he suffers from. It also gives access to emergency contact details.I came across a small problem with setup and emailed the seller Lee. I have to say his approach to dealing with the issue was first class. He responded to my email within minutes and offered his direct number to call him on which I did. Within minutes of talking to Lee he resolved my issue and I could not praise the customer experience enough.Don't look anywhere else if you are considering one of these for a loved one or a friend.
