It’s dissolves perfectly Into a hot drink and no taste.After using it for three weeks I found, like many others, that my nails and hair grow strong and long. Then after 6 weeks I found my energy improved and my gut felt more settled. I find my skin isn’t as dry and my skin is smoother which is a bonus as I’m going through the menopause. I also eat a very healthy diet which also contributes to gut health. After about three months I give collagen a break for a month to see how I’m feeling, my body does miss it, my hair thins a bit and my skin feels drier.
