I don't know what to mix it with...** A: Hi, you need to purchase a developer, I use a low level with 5/0 as I don't need it to lift, if your hair is darker than level 5 you'll need a higher level developer. Amazon sell many with prime delivery. You then mix it ratio 1/1 (60ml dye/60ml developer) , apply where required and leave it for between 25-30 minutes.
