It changes colors, never more than one color on the band at one time. There’s also no constant on mode. You get either a single flashing teal color or you get the multi color mode that flashes from one color to the other in a random pattern. HIGHLY recommended!!! ### ⭐⭐⭐ Bright, but misleading. *by L***N on October 17, 2019* The bands are quite large, big enough to fit someone with large biceps. But, the pictures are misleading. The 'rainbow' product does not actually have a rainbow function. There is also no solid color non-strobe option. There is a white color that strobes quickly, then a setting that strobes through multiple colors but at varying strobe speeds so you can't get used to it. It's distracting and gave me a headache.
