Even though I already knew a lot about horses, this book taught me even more. Nice illustrations, nice writing, nice quality. I've already read the whole book, but when you read it again it's still just as interesting as the first time around. It also has sections on horse colors, breeds, history (evolution), tack, rider outfit, top ten horse movies, top ten horse books, and about everything else you can imagine (including how big a horse's stomach is!).
