A: We have had one for years and bought many as gifts, no one has had an issue so I'm not sure what this recall is.

My 9 month old loves this toy! It's perfect for him to grab, pick up, and push around the floor. He loves to watch the little balls in the middle fall down when its flipped over. The colors are perfect, and it easily keeps him entertained. Definitely recommended this toy!
