I purchased for home use because of all the extra scent cartridges I had from work. Caution it was to strong for home use. **Q: How is the best way to open the unit?** A: Your dispenser should have included a key which is inserted into the bottom rear double opening. The unit is hinged on top. After you pop it open with the key, flip the front upwards and insert your refill. **Q: I put the T Cell in, the battery, the light flashes once, the fan turns for a second. They are not fun to open or close and only hope the scent is better than what it is trying to cover up. I will return in 30 days to review and amend if needed. Not sold on these yet. The mst upsetting is the conflicting info regarding battery operation or not. Passive cell is not 2 D cell battery operation.
