Hydraulics was my speciality so i guess I would know if components are good or not. The bodies of the pump and actuator are made of very good quality materials. Little details such as how many fasteners are used to hold parts together caught my attention. The piston moves instead of the whole actuator which is a better idea than the other way around like the competitors. The hoses and fittings are light years ahead of what is used with other brands.There was a problem with UPS in my province (not the first time either) but that’s no fault of the seller. In fact when I complained to them about it, they answered me back very quickly and assured me they would look into it first thing Monday (UPS are closed here during weekends) .
