Quick summary on me...190 lbs, 6'3", some skateboarding ability. My only issue with this board is the battery. Followed the charging instructions and just incurred one too many failures over the weekend to justify working through requesting a battery swap. This was a bummer because the couple of times it held up I was flying. It's a great board. Note that you want to keep this board away from any moisture exposure. Not a huge problem but curious what it would take to adjust the casing design for the battery to allow for any water to wick away / out of the casing. I'm returning this first purchase.Because I was so happy with the performance when connectivity / holding a charge was not an issue I will likely be ordering a replacement one, in hopes that my first purchase was just a defect. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ We love it. They explained that they did in fact have a battery issue, and they will be sending me a new battery. They got back to me almost immediately and diagnosed the problem quickly. If the new battery works and holds up, I will bump my review back up to five stars because the board is soo much fun to ride and everything else about it was as advertised.12/1/ 2017 I am sad to say I have to revise the review of the board below...after 1 week of light riding, the board has died. It will no longer accept a charge and won't turn on. The on off button does blink when pushed, but won't stay on. We can't ride the board now. I am soooo disappointed. I have reached out to Blitzart. I hope they can help. As I stated below, I bought this for my son's 16th Birthday. It was delivered on October 24th, and he opened it a month later. Unfortunately, Amazon has indicated that the window for return has expired. If Blitzart helps, I will update this post.Original reviewBought this for my son's 16th birthday. We love it. I am going to have to buy one for myself. It's pretty fast. I clocked my son doing 18mph +/- on flat land and 15mph+/- going up a decent hill. The board looks great, rides great and is just a blast. As far as the charge goes, we have not run out of battery on a ride yet. I tend to not engage the motor when going down hills, so I extend my ride time/distance that way.I recommend this board for anyone who wants a great board to commute on. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best board for the price. *by J***S on Reviewed in the United States on July 12, 2018* This board is definitely worth the price. I was skeptical at first considering the low price but after a few months with it, nothing has happened with the controller or the battery. Being a college student, I use it almost everyday and the only thing I notice is that the bolts become a bit loose but you just have to make sure to tighten them every now and then. Compared to other electric boards that my friends have, this one is the lightest by far.
