I'm a beginner and only have a $12 micro to play with before this. I like it's ability to stay level without fighting it. It is pretty solid unit. I have obviously crashed it lightly many times without anything breaking or falling off. I wish it would hold it's trim between batteries but you must reset it every time. There have been times that it looses functionality after a light crash like the ability to go up. Also, it is not SMALL, it's TINY. The pictures are misleading. If I had to do it over again, I would not buy it. It's just too much hassle to return it.
