It works great, but research a numbing agent if you plan to use more than .25/.5 mm. Also, keep it sterile with alcohol and replace needles often! I would definitely do some homework before using this at longer needle lengths.Updated: I was hesitant to purchase this because of someone who stated this is a waste of money, as the needles just vibrate and don't pulse up and down like the professional derma pens do. After doing some research about this, I came across a very clear way to tell that the needles do pulse up and down. Take a video of the device with the tool on and set it to the "slo-mo" feature, you can clearly see that the needles are going up and down. They just move so fast that it appears to vibrate. This product does what it says.
