Beautiful quality product! Had an installation problem (template was off about 3/4"+), called customer service. Handle very professional, friendly efficiently - sent replacement. Informed me regarding each step/part of replacement process. Moen products come with a great warranty with each product purchase!!! From Frustration (upset) to Elation!!!
