I replaced the existing microSD card with one I slapped TTMenu on since I just didn't want to deal with the timebomb further down the road, or a potentially sketchy card going anywhere near my computer- no issues whatsoever. Some things to note if you're looking at this because you just want to play some old DS games: - This has a 32gb card limit. I didn't get to check to see if that's a hard 32gb limit or if it just wants something that shows up as FAT32 because I have no idea where my bigger cards went. It comes with a 4gb card, but unless you're putting every DS game in existence on the thing, you're probably fine with something that's like 4-16gb. NDS games are small, and I've barely filled my 16gb card :) - The firmware on the included SD Card has a timebomb. This means that once it hits a certain date, your card will soft lock. This sounds scarier than it is - you can easily replace the firmware, or you can just keep changing the date on your NDS. There are like a million tutorials out there that tell you how to do this - I am brand new to flash carts and I figured it out within an hour of receiving the card.
