Technical Specifications For best results, separate strips and hold in the air against the color chart for an unobstructed reading. The color chart was created by holding a strip in the air next to the vial. Great product, I manage a restaurant and I switched over to this brand about a year ago. We use them in conjunction with our water and sanitation solution mixture for cleaning, mainly the kitchen and other parts of the restaurant as well. Also, they ARE Health Department Certified. This is the only product that we will use for testing. I highly recommend this product and the price is good as well.
