## Description

Authentic wood fired cooking for your backyard Great for tailgateing too. Designed and made in Italy, the Forno Ciao features an authentic Italian refractory brick hearth combined with Stainless Steel dome. This provides Old World performance in a lightweight solution. The oven is fully assembled on delivery and the cart assembles in minutes. The oven can be used with or without the cart for outdoor kitchens and barbecue islands. The Forno Ciao features patented Forninox technology which allows the Ciao to reach cooking temperature in just a few minutes, even with only a few pieces of wood. Fully insulated, it stores and retains heat during cooking and remains "cool to the touch".Anything you'd ordinarily cook in your kitchen oven can be made to succulent perfection in your woodfired oven. Once you've tasted your favorite meal prepared in the authentic Italian woodfired oven, you'll have a hard time going back. Bake, roast, grill, or simply enjoy the fire, and at the end of the evening, let it cool for a few minutes and it'll cook up to three loaves of bread.
